TAKE MATTERS INTO YOUR OWN HANDS.

Anyone can follow a workout. What you are actually building is bigger than that. The Vigilante takes matters into his own hands. He does not wait for the perfect gym, the perfect plan, or the day he finally feels ready. He decides, and he starts. That decision is the only thing that has ever separated the people who change from the people who keep saying they will.

01
Decided
You stopped waiting for the right moment. You made the call, and now you show up three days a week without negotiating with the feeling.
02
Self-Made
No one is coming to do this for you, and that is the point. You take matters into your own hands and build from exactly where you are, with what you have.
03
Starts Before Ready
Ready is a feeling that never arrives on its own. The Vigilante moves first and lets the confidence catch up. That is how everything real gets built.
04
Proves It To Himself
Twelve sessions in four weeks. The result is the reward, but the decision is the point. You become someone who follows through on what he said he would do.

No one was ever coming to do this for you. You start anyway. That is the Vigilante.

The Vigilante Principle

FOUR WEEKS. TWELVE SESSIONS.

Three training days a week. Every session built to create change. The movements stay the same across the four weeks, so week four is a direct beat of week one. What changes is the volume, the load, and what you expect of yourself.

  • Three Days a Week
Day 1 upper body, Day 2 lower body and core, Day 3 full body and conditioning. Easy to schedule, hard to skip, built around a real life.
  • Built for Progression
The program is built for one purpose... Progress. Every weekis built on the previous one. The last week is where everything happens.
  • The Conditioning
The session ends with a short conditioning or core finisher. It burns fat and builds work capacity without adding hours to your week.
  • Progressive Overload, Simplified
Add a set, a rep, or a little weight each week. The program tells you when and how. You just show up and log it.
Week 1
AWAKEN
Learn the movements and establish the habit. Start lighter than you think. This week is about showing up and setting the baseline you will beat.
Week 2
RISE
Add volume and build work capacity. One more set, one more rep, a little more weight where your form held. The body starts to respond.
Week 3
STRENGTH
Load goes up, rest comes down, you push harder. This is the week the program starts to feel like it is building something real.
Week 4
FORGED
Peak effort. Every number from week three is a target to beat. Finish twelve sessions and prove what four weeks built.

THE FIRST FOUR WEEKS CHANGE EVERYTHING.

The hardest part was never the training. It was starting, and then not stopping. Four weeks is long enough to see real change and short enough to actually finish. Beginners and returners get the fastest results of their lives in this window. This program is built to capture it.

Excuses

I had not trained in three years. Four weeks in, my clothes fit different and I actually looked forward to the sessions. The fact that it was simple is what made me stick with it.

Brian, Vigilante

I had never trained seriously before. Twelve sessions later I was lifting more, a little leaner, and completely hooked. It proved to me that I could actually do this.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

I have not trained in years. Is this too hard? +
No. Week one is designed specifically for someone starting from zero or close to it. The movements are foundational, the volume is manageable, and the weights are whatever you can handle with clean form. Start lighter than you think. You can always add weight. You cannot undo an injury from going too heavy too soon.
What if I miss a training day? +
A missed day in four weeks does not break the program, and you can shift days on the schedule. Get back on track immediately and do not spend energy feeling bad about the missed session. Spend it on the next one.
Can I do this at home? +
Yes. The program needs a barbell or dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and a bench or sturdy surface. With those three things you do not need a gym. Every session works in a garage, a basement, or a small home space.
What if I cannot do a pull-up? +
Use a resistance band looped over the bar for assistance, or substitute a dumbbell row for now. Pull-ups are a goal, not a requirement. By week four most people who start with zero can do one or two. Work toward it without letting it stop you from starting.
What do I do after week four? +
You have four weeks of consistency behind you. You have proven you can show up. Now you decide what you are building toward. Athletic GEEK has four archetype programs, Titan, Shadow, Guardian, and Apex, each built for a specific goal. The Vigilante was your starting point. We also offer one-on-one coaching for those who want more accountability and to level up faster.
