Is this program suitable for beginners?

Yes! The program is designed for every Superhero. This has helped hundreds make fitness a lifestyle. It's also what I still do daily to maintain my own level.

Do I need special equipment?

There are two different programs each month. One that requires a gym, and the other one that you can do with a simple bench and a couple of dumbbells.

What if I miss a week?
No worries! You will have access to the program for 20 weeks, allowing you to take a deload week wwhen needed.
